Our commitment to quality is at the core of everything we do, and we are seeking a talented Quality Engineer to help ensure product excellence and drive continuous improvement across our operations.WHAT WILL YOU DO:Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Operations and Engineering teams across international locations to align on quality objectives and resolve issues.Problem-Solving Expert: Use RCCA tools (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa) to identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions.Manage Nonconforming Materials: Oversee nonconformity processes, ensuring quick resolution and preventive measures.Drive Quality in Projects: Lead the implementation of quality processes for NPI Projects, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.Oversee Quality Systems: Manage and maintain critical documentation and systems related to product and process validation (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FAI).Track and Improve Quality Metrics: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive measurable improvements.Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop control plans to mitigate risks and ensure product reliability.Continuous Improvement: Conduct line-side reviews and track performance metrics to foster process excellence and accountability.WHAT WILL YOU NEED:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field).Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in the aerospace industry.Solid understanding of AS 9100 requirements.In-depth knowledge of GD&T, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications.Proficient in statistical process control, including the ability to implement SPC methods and tools and interpret data to identify trends and improve process performance.Familiarity with quality planning and product validation tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FAI in accordance with AS9102.Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis.Fluent in English (mandatory) and Polish (required).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional teams.WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:Salary range from 11 000 to 16 500 PLN gross - depending on experiencePrivate health insurance, life and accident insurance and MyBenefit/Multikafeteria packageParticipate in the company performance bonus programPPK payment account up to 4% of your compensation, depending on senioritySemi - flexible working timeEmployee Benefit FundExperienced team and professional developmentCreate world-changing technologyRelocation & Educational supportMeal vouchersHybrid work: 1 day home office per weekAre you passionate about quality, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement?
