 Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Product Marketing Leader, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  Reporting to the Vice President, this position is responsible for global product/system strategies, and global product/system sales growth, market segment strategies and business development within existing and in adjacent market segments for they Business Unit. Accountable for development and execution of product/system roadmaps, product /system priorities and business direction/strategic planning (including new adjacent markets, mergers, acquisitions and alliances), to maximize market share that supports company growth and profitability objectives.

What You Will Be Doing 

Leads and/or supervises the Product Line Management function in meeting regional, customer and sales objectives: Product Line Managers and Sales Support EngineersAccountable for the disciplined use of product/system roadmaps and prioritization processes to drive product/system strategiesWorks closely with the sales directors and account managers to provide input to the development of customer strategies and account plansEnsures product/system strategies for new and existing products or services are aligned with account plansSupports significant customer proposals to ensure compliance with customer and Woodward needsDevelop and nurture strategic relationships with customers (focused on the new product/R&D/technology areas)Accountable for product launch plans, sales tools, presentations and training support of the products/systemsDevelops staffing strategies to meet business skill set needsMentors and provides career development for direct reportsResponsible for staffing and performance management of direct reportsDevelop and manage a departmental budget

What We Are Looking For 

Education:

US – Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS)US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

Experience:

Sales experience in a related industry with product/marketing responsibilityDemonstrated leadership and resultsAdditional formal training in specialized areas such as program management and marketing processes

License & Certifications:

Six Sigma TrainingChampions Training
