Work experience shall be full time as an employee or contractor within an aviation maintenance organization authorized by a civil or military aviation authority with direct involvement in overhaul, disassembling, inspection, testing, replacement, defect rectification, and the embodiment of a modification or repair. Evidence of 4 years ASD (Aviation, Space and Defense)  work experience within the last 10 years plus evidence of 2 years aviation maintenance work experience within the last 4 years.
