Aero Sales Rep
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aero Sales Rep to spearhead our presence in the specialized running channel while elevating our overall running performance across all sales channel and securing participation in races and running events. This role combines direct sales responsibility with internal training and brand ambassadorship at running events.

Key ResponsibilitiesSpecialized Running Channel SalesDevelop and manage relationships with specialized running retailers, specialty stores, and performance footwear accountsDrive sales growth within the technical running segment through targeted account managementIdentify and onboard new specialized running retail partnersExecute product presentations and training sessions for retail partnersMonitor market trends and competitor activities within the running specialty channel

Internal Sales Team DevelopmentProvide running product expertise and technical knowledge to the broader sales teamConduct internal training sessions on running footwear technologies, benefits, and selling techniquesDevelop sales tools, presentations, and materials specific to running productsMentor sales team members on running category opportunities within their accountsShare market insights and best practices across all sales channels

Event Marketing & Brand RepresentationRepresent Skechers at running races, marathons, and athletic events as brand ambassadorManage event activations, product demonstrations, and consumer engagement initiativesBuild relationships with running clubs, coaches, and athletic communitiesCoordinate with marketing team on event strategies and executionCollect consumer feedback and market intelligence from events

Performance & ReportingAchieve sales targets within the specialized running channelTrack and report on running category performance across all channelsProvide market feedback to product development and marketing teamsMaintain CRM data and account management recordsCollaborate with marketing on running-focused campaigns and initiatives

Required QualificationsExperience & Skills3+ years of sales experience, preferably in athletic footwear or sporting goodsProven track record in B2B sales and account managementStrong presentation and training capabilitiesExperience with specialized retail channels preferred

Running Knowledge & PassionDeep understanding of running footwear technology and biomechanicsPersonal running experience and genuine passion for the sportKnowledge of running community, events, and market dynamicsAbility to speak credibly about technical running products

Personal AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyComfortable with travel and weekend event participationMultilingual capabilities (Spanish/Portuguese/English) preferredStrong organizational and time management skills
