Essential Responsibilities:
Operate bucket trucks and man-lifts safelyInstall strand and cable, including use of rollers, lashers, and pulling equipmentPerform pole transfers and groundingLead, train, and support field crewsMaintain accurate daily production and materials trackingEnsure compliance with HSE requirementsQualifications:
3+ years of direct experience working as an Aerial LinemanValid DZ or higher driver's license and clean driving recordExperience operating an RBD (Digger Derrick) truck to dig holes for poles, set poles, tow pole trailers, and install anchorsProficient in using bucket trucks for aerial telecommunications line workSkilled in utility pole climbing using spikes and riggingExperienced in new build and pole transfers; strong knowledge in strand building, lashing, grounding, and transfer proceduresSolid understanding of construction practices and ability to read and interpret construction documentsDemonstrated ability to lead crews, train new workers, and ensure safe work practicesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve issuesIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWork Conditions:
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditionsWilling to travel as requiredAdditional Information
