Here, you’ll have the tools and opportunities to advance your career while creating software that changes the world. **Your role and responsibilities** * administer multiple z/OS systems (system, security, storage) including experimental changes and roll-back, system issue recovery, and System user administration, onboarding, and requests. * work with development on product architecture, design, deployment, management, update strategies. * z/OS product packaging and deployment development (JCL, REXX, shell script, C, HLASM for SMP/E packaging (release and service)) * z/OS host product testing configuration and verification * product support (level 3) for z/OS host product parts **Required technical and professional expertise** * Db2z database Administration with experience * IMS DB database Administration with experience including SQL and Stored Procedures. * MQ server administation. * zOSMF setup and configuration. * z/OS middleware, product, and application install and upgrade: planning, installing and managing Z Systems, and applications in transaction managers. * Automation: Developing and managing Terraform, Ansible, and Python. REXX. CList. Job Card (JCL) * z/OS Systems Programming, Storage and Security administration, * IBM Z Linux virtualization * z/VM and KVM based hypervisors * Linux on Redhat OpenShift. * IMS, CICS, MQ, Db2 * JES management. RACF Security, MFA for z/OS. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiar with JavaEE Application Server administration, and security.
