To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** + Lead the recommendation, development and implementation of the company's technology strategy and roadmap in Server/Storage relating to infrastructure requirements. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements. + Develop architectural framework, models that guide the design and implementation to achieve the customer service requirements solution outcomes. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical and application delivery teams on Server and Storage solutioning. + Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance and information security policies. + Ability to design and plan a data-centric approach for adoption, deployment, and management such as capacity planning. + Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations and influence IT adoption. + Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations to improve the company's overall Systems, Storage and Security technology stack. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance and information security policies. **You Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field + Minimum of 8 years work experiences in complex Server and Storage project, delivery consultation and/or leading solutions as an Enterprise Architect + Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies in designing and implementing Server and Storage solutions including HyperConverge, Containers, Virtualisation, SAN, NAS, HyperV and VMware. + Extensive knowledge of Server and Storage technologies and services. + Relevant Storage & Backup Knowledge: SAN/NAS (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB), Block/Object/File storage, Software-Defined Storage (SDS), Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) storage layers. + Relevant Backup & Recovery: Modern data protection strategies (Backup, Snapshot, Replication, CDM, DR), Backup software (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup/Backup Exec), Tape libraries/VTL. + Experience with modern Systems and Infrastructure practices and technologies. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills. + Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Good to have:** + TOGAF certification. + Server, Cloud and Storage knowledge (MS HyperV, VMware, Redhat, HyperConverge, SAN, NAS). + Certifications with major Server and Storage OEMs E.g.
