Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Advisor - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and support our organization's growth objectives.
Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and hiring needsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create compelling job descriptionsUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong candidate pipelineConduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholdersImplement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment processDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universitiesAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicatorsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and local labor laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness of recruitment effortsContribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choiceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate settingProven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting across various job levels and functionsStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practicesProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software toolsExcellent interviewing and candidate assessment skillsStrong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making and reportingIn-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market and cultural nuancesKnowledge of local labor laws and regulationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirableProfessional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferredExperience with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plusAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
