Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Advisor - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and support our organization's growth objectives. + Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and hiring needs + Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create compelling job descriptions + Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong candidate pipeline + Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders + Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process + Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities + Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators + Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and local labor laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness of recruitment efforts + Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting + Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting across various job levels and functions + Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices + Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools + Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills + Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting + In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market and cultural nuances + Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels + Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities + Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable + Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred + Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
