Overview of the Role 

*This position is a 16-month contract. (Maternity Leave Replacement) 

Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a passionate Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join a very talented, highly collaborative, motivated team.  The Advisor will support recruitment operations, primarily in Quebec, and will be responsible for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building high-quality talent pipelines through various proactive strategies. 

This position is based out of our St-Laurent offices (Canadian Division Head Office). It’s a hybrid role. 

 

How you will make contributions that matter: 

Manage the recruitment process for salaried and hourly positions primarily in Quebec, while providing a personalized high-touch approach with candidates throughout the process 

Develop talent pools of candidates, actively source, create and deploy initiatives with various partners to promote Saputo as an employer of choice 

Foster strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners, creating solid partnerships to understand needs and establish sustainable action plans through a proactive approach to recruitment 

Develop recommendations, solutions and execute action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities 

With a focus on candidate’s experience, act as a strong Saputo ambassador and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in every interaction with candidates 

Represent Saputo at local recruitment events and career fairs, etc. 

Manage job openings on our ATS platform (Workday) and various targeted job boards 

Contribute to the deployment and management of the University Relations strategy, executing the plan with target schools, and managing the recruitment of interns 

 

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:  

3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role handling high volume recruitment, experience in a Manufacturing and Warehousing environment would be an asset 

University degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent discipline 

Recognized enthusiasm and autonomy, with a passion for talent acquisition 

Excellent interpersonal skills 

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

Highly adaptable, quick learner and positive attitude 

Solution-oriented and sense of ownership 

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage priorities 

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) 

Analytical skills and ability to develop reporting tools 

Bilingualism, English and French. As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada

Salary: $66 690$ - $87 890 

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training
