Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate existing company processes, systems, and structures to identify gaps and recommend improvement solutions. Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, lower operating costs, and improve operational efficiency. Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, EFQM, TQM, and ISO 9000. Track, analyze, and evaluate improvement data in coordination with all relevant departments. Develop and execute change management plans to support smooth organizational transitions and address performance deficiencies. Develop operational excellence strategies and frameworks and implement corresponding action plans at corporate and business unit levels. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to defining performance measures and communicating performance levels against targets to support strategic alignment. Coordinate with relevant departments to align improvement initiatives and ensure integrated, organization-wide transformation. Identify areas of unsatisfactory performance and support departments in developing corrective action plans. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on performance progress and future improvement plans. Ensure effective implementation of operational excellence programs, evaluate results, and embed excellence standards in processes and practices. Promote adherence to organizational processes, policies, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental management procedures to safeguard employees and support high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline. Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the utilities sector or other leading organizations. Experience in performance management, process improvement, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
