**_What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health_** Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. **_Responsibilities_** + Support Global Supply Chain Transportation Finance team in achieving financial goals, managing key Partner closely with transportation systems and operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives + Support and maintain financial models to forecast transportation costs, assess performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to transportation spend and operational KPIs + Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders + Support budgeting and planning cycles for transportation and logistics functions + Monitor and report on transportation trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting financial performance **_Qualifications_** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferred + Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance preferred.
