Advisor, Finance Operations - Chargebacks

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

Chargeback EDI – onboarding, testing, & troubleshooting (EDI 844/849)

Vistex support – act as technical liaison for the Chargeback Ops team when engaging cross functionally on any system related project or issue

Level 1 escalation point for cross functional issues: frequently engaging with Sourcing, IT, Accounting, & Analytics teams on issues

Exception management & acting as a level 1 escalation point for Chargeback Ops international team

Chargeback credit & rebill transaction auditing

Processing of manual chargeback uploads using standard Vistex processing functionality

Act as business lead and liaison with Analytics & Innovation teams on current and future projects

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $94,900
