Advice Strategy Program Manager
The Advice Strategy Program manager leads and influences the team according to their needs.   The program manager partners effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic priorities, manages the development and execution of those priorities and programs which could include executing on tasks and driving for results through both business team members and stakeholders.   They ensure accountability, transparency, and regularity in Advice strategy and experience status updates.  This can be a remote position within the US. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  + Provides consulting to the Advice & Planning team in building and maintaining the roadmap, release plan and strategic roadmap based on the priorities set by the VP of Advice & Planning and input from the Team.  + Facilitate meetings for assigned programs with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal and drive cross functional partnerships to achieve shared goals.  + Foster self-organization and cross team collaboration. Individual contributors within Thrivent Field organization External vendors, contractors and/or consultants Managers and/or Directors within Thrivent VP QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:   Required: + Bachelor's degree in Business , Project Management or other related field or equivalent work experience  + 2-4 years in a lead role on projects, scrum teams, and/or business led initiatives  + Familiarity with common Product Management practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices  + High level of organization and attention to detail  + Passion and understanding of new technology and trends  + Strong communication , collaboration and influence skills among all organizational levels; strong facilitation and executive communications skills.  + Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicting priorities  Preferred: + Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate product teams, even outside direct reporting relationships.  + Experience developing and implementing initiative and product level performance metrics  + Experience working in large, complex organizational initiatives  + Advanced skills in MS Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel    Pay Transparency Thrivent’s long-term growth depends on attracting, rewarding, and retaining people who are committed to helping others thrive with purpose. The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $88,132.00 - $119,236.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
