The Advertising Solutions Associate will support asset collection for client advertising campaigns, manage a small group of ambassadors in our social community, coordinate orders with external vendors, and assist with client relationship management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Campaign Asset Coordination & Support
Collect, organize, and review creative assets (e.g., images, videos, copy) from clients and internal teams to ensure all assets meet platform specifications and brand guidelines. Monitor asset delivery timelines, follow up on outstanding requests, and ensure all materials are ready for on-time campaign launches. Assist with campaign scheduling, including entering campaign details into Jira and coordinating launch timelines with cross-functional teams. Support the Digital Advertising (DA) team by responding to client inquiries and internal communications related to campaign setup, assets, and timelines.Ambassador Program Management
Support and oversee a small group of social community ambassadors. Coordinate ambassador activities, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Monitor ambassador engagement and provide performance updates to the marketing team.Vendor Coordination and Order Management
Manage orders to external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets. Track order fulfillment, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.Client Relationship Support
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding asset submissions and campaign requirements. Provide updates to clients on campaign progress and deliverables. Assist with client inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate team members as needed.Other duties as assigned
Maintain marketing operations documentation and internal records. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED) Minimum of 2 years professional experience in customer success, professional services, support role, or product role
EDUCATION REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
· Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED Experience with CMR tools (i.e., Salesforce, project management software, etc.)
