Advertising Production Manager

We are looking for an Advertising Production Manager to lead the delivery engine behind our global advertising campaigns. This role will orchestrate the complex interplay between world-class creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and emerging in-house capabilities to ensure our campaigns launch on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
You’ll help define and scale the operational infrastructure that supports our expanding creative ambitions—balancing structure with flexibility, and agency collaboration with growing internal production. **Responsibilities**
+ **Orchestrate campaign process** across integrated, multi-channel advertising efforts—including broadcast, digital, social, out-of-home (OOH), etc.—ensuring operational excellence from brief to launch.
+ **Manage agency relationships** with clear scopes, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations. Serve as the central point of coordination & operations for external creative and production partners.
+ **Drive operational discipline** by orchestrating internal creative workflows, asset review cycles, resource planning, campaign playbooks, tooling systems, and process frameworks that bring clarity and efficiency across teams.
+ **Own production budgets** across all campaign efforts, including agency fees, shoots, and post-production. Track spend, forecast needs, and ensure financial accountability.
+ **Coordinate cross-functional teams** , aligning marketing, media, legal, brand, product, and compliance partners around campaign timelines and deliverables..
+ **Identify and solve bottlenecks** , tracking delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement across creative operations.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in advertising production, creative operations, or integrated marketing campaign delivery OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years campaign management experience, digital marketing experience, and/or product, project, or site management experience.
+ Experience with creative production lifecycles across formats (TV, digital, social, etc.) and channels.
+ Experience working with external creative and production agencies at scale.
+ Experience with digital asset management.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years experience in advertising production, creative operations, or integrated marketing campaign delivery
+ Experience working successfully cross functionally.
Advertising IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
