Advertising Administrative Specialist
Skechers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Administrative Specialist to support our dynamic Creative and Social Media teams. This role is pivotal in managing the administrative execution of influencer programs, ensuring smooth coordination with internal Finance and Legal departments. The ideal candidate has experience working with contracts or legal teams, understands compliance and financial workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person will also take initiative to suggest and implement new processes, tools, and systems that help the team stay organized and efficient.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Administration & Payment SupportCollect and maintain essential documentation from influencers (e.g., W-9s, ACH details, invoices).Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.Maintain internal trackers for payment status, contract timelines, deliverables, and campaign expenses.Monitor campaign timelines to ensure influencer activations are executed and paid on schedule.Contract & Legal LiaisonWork closely with the Legal team to prepare, review, and facilitate influencer and vendor contracts.Track and manage contract statuses from initiation to execution, maintaining organized digital records.Act as a point of contact for contract-related questions and ensure all deliverables align with agreements.Track contract expiration dates and notify relevant teams of upcoming renewals or terminations.Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between Social/Creative teams and Finance/Legal for administrative tasks.Ensure influencer data is accurate and compliant with Skechers’ standards prior to engagement.Align operational workflows with campaign calendars and team priorities.Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain organized digital records of influencer communications, contracts, and data.Support onboarding processes for new influencer partners.Generate reports on payment statuses, contract progress, and program metrics as needed.Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.Create and manage spreadsheets, templates, trackers, and documentation that help the overall team stay organized and efficient.Assist with additional Advertising Department operational needs as needed.Qualifications2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, marketing support, or finance coordination.Strong knowledge of contract processes, compliance, and budget/invoice management.Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creative production preferred.Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and vendor management systems is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential documentation with discretion.Why You’ll Love This RoleBe a key player in bringing Skechers’ influencer and creative campaigns to life.Collaborate with high-impact teams across Legal, Finance, Social, and Creative.
