Job Title: Advanced Technician
Location: South Plainfield, NJ

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $25/Hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri

An advanced manufacturing lab is looking for entry-level candidates to join their hands-on training program. This is a great opportunity for recent grads who want to break into a high-tech industry and grow into technician or junior engineering roles.

What You’ll Do:

Learn how to assemble, test, and inspect precision photonic components

Gain experience with tools, equipment, and cleanroom procedures

Support production teams and quality control efforts

Follow detailed work instructions and standard procedures

Work closely with experienced technicians and engineers as you develop your skills

What They’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required (technical or science-related fields preferred)

No experience necessary – full training provided

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Mandarin language skills preferred (not required)
