**Job Title:** Advanced Specialist, Sales, English Language Learning **Description** **:** As an Advanced Specialist, Sales, English Language Learning (ELL), you will play a key role in driving growth for Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic) by building strong partnerships across the international education ecosystem This role is focused on expanding awareness, adoption, and test bookings through collaboration with universities, high schools, language schools, and education and migration partners. You’ll wake up excited to connect learners with life‑changing opportunities through English language assessment. In your first six months, your impact will be most visible through the execution of a clear country growth plan, strengthened stakeholder partnerships, and measurable progress against key sales and growth metrics. What sets this role apart is the opportunity to combine strategic ownership with hands‑on market engagement in a purpose‑driven, global organisation. **The Role** This role exists to support and execute the country growth strategy for PTE Academic, working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Recognition, and Product teams across Asia. You will represent Pearson in the local market, position PTE as a trusted high‑stakes English test, and help shape Pearson’s presence within international education and migration pathways. **What You’ll Own** Success in this role is defined by outcomes and ownership: + **Market growth execution** : Own and deliver a country‑level tactical plan aligned to regional strategy, driving test bookings and achievement of sales targets and KPIs. + **Strategic partnerships** : Develop, manage, and grow partnerships with education and migration agents, universities, high schools, and language and test‑prep providers. + **Market influence & brand presence** : Proactively position PTE Academic through presentations, events, and industry engagement, increasing brand awareness and product understanding.
