**Salary**
£35,500 – £45,000 per annum
**Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **AI Advanced Digital Content and Learning Specialist** to join our UK Schools Product Development team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation through generative AI workflows, enabling scalable and efficient digital content creation and learning solutions. You will collaborate across teams to implement cutting-edge AI strategies that enhance our platforms and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and implement AI-driven workflows for digital content development and learning products
+ Lead initiatives to integrate generative AI into existing and new content creation processes
+ Partner with product managers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives
+ Support migration and enhancement of platforms (e.g. ActiveLearn to ActiveHub) to ensure seamless user experience
+ Monitor and optimise AI workflows for scalability, compliance, and quality assurance
+ Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications for education
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ Proven experience in digital content development and learning platforms
+ Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly generative AI, and their application in education
+ Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with AI tools and platforms for content creation
+ Familiarity with educational publishing standards and compliance requirements
