**Key Responsibilities** + Requirements and design + Software architecture and coding + Integration + Certification + Test + Feature Definition + Customer Support + Verification and Validation + Ability to code in multiple languages + Analytical skills & software development skills The selected candidate will be mostly working in CNS(Communication, Navigation and surveillance) product lines within Software Verification & Validation (SW V&V) in China and performing system/software verification/validation activities for functionalities on CNS (Communication, Navigation and surveillance) products, especially for Datalink.The candidate will need a broad and deep understanding of technically complex product and process technologies, including DO178B/C and V&V concepts. The candidate will need the ability to work independently on test activities and work with global teams for technical discussion as well as problem solving. The candidate will need to have strong oral and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English, and the capability to generate Test Software documentation, set up the Test Environment, design test case by Scripting language and support Automation initiatives in testing. Aviation/Aerospace product design or testing experience is highly preferred (Or working experience/background at avionics related company). Six sigma certificated is a plus **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Aeronautics, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics **WE VALUE** + 5+ years’ experience in Verification & Validation + Understanding various software development lifecycles + Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices + Demonstrate the ability to support automation improvement in testing and develop automated testing tools + Diverse and global teaming and collaboration.
