Role: Advance Verification & Validation Engineer • Verification & Validation Engineer role with 7+ years of Experience in implementing Advance Process Control solutions across process industries such as Refineries, Petro Chemicals or Pulp & Paper. • Bachelor’s Degree/ Preferably Chemical Engineer. • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. • Ability to anticipate customer product uses and misuses and designing tests that improve a better user experience. • Ability to create diverse and representative data sets that simulate boundary conditions and enable efficient testing and analysis. Essential Skills: • Good Knowledge in APC suite is must, PID Tuning and Distributed Control System (DCS), Process Control • Hands on experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Process Control Solutions. • Should be able to develop comprehensive test plans and procedures to validate the process control system's performance. • Should have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to the process control system. • Clear and precise communication skills (written and oral) to translate and document the testing procedures, and results. They should also generate reports on the performance and compliance of the process control system. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of C#, MATLAB, or Python • Development experience with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum and usage of JIRA), with modern source control repositories(bitbucket) • Strong knowledge on Honeywell DCS like TPS or Experion PKS and/or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
