**We are looking for an Advanced Process Associate to join our 2** **nd** **shift team! This position will be based at our Buffalo Grove, IL site.**
This role is responsible for conducting initial diagnostics on equipment issues, serving as the primary liaison between manufacturing personnel and the maintenance/engineering teams. The individual in this position will troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems involving testers, printers, and other equipment. Additionally, they may perform basic preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
**Shift Hours:** 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
**Hourly Rate:** $24.00
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Experience performing electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance on equipment and uses this experience in support of assignments pertaining to equipment reliability and improvement opportunities
+ Trained or certified in specific advanced skills such as welding, machining, Industrial electric circuit wiring, machine or process troubleshooting, etc.
+ Must be able to perform specific tasks using assigned software tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Computerized Maintenance Management System (MPulse CMMS), Dayforce, etc.
+ Ability to perform precision adjustments and above average care in the maintenance of equipment.
+ Ability to make assembly decisions based on results of previous operations.
+ Ability to perform advanced rework and repair involving fault troubleshooting and complex recovery steps.
+ Ability to comprehend written and spoken English for understanding training, direction, and technical documentation.
+ Experience working with visual aids, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, ISO work instructions, and test documentation.
+ Capable of performing a range of physical movements (sit, stand, bend, push, pull) and lifting/transferring up to 25 lbs.
+ Manual dexterity with proficiency in using hand tools, electric/pneumatic power tools, and specialized product tooling/fixtures.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Degree from technical school
+ Experience working with PLC’s
+ Industrial Maintenance experience
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ Uses hand, pneumatic and power tools, small to large machinery, material handling equipment and computer run equipment in the performance of the job.
+ Uses specific support software tools for tasks such as labor analysis, data gathering, MPulse CMMS, cell status board (CSB), data analysis and graphing.
+ Performs simple to complex setup and adjustments to equipment and processes.
+ Must be able to work with a high level of concentration to ensure accuracy of work.
