This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical services to patients in their community. **Position Highlights:** + Long Term Care Program - provides nursing home visits in the rural community - 2-3 sites + Travel required **Responsibilities:** + Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
