Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high-acuity, 44-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8-week scheduleShift options include 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse PractitionersEnjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician supportProvide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonatesState-of-the-art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilatorsDedicated in-unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacistsMultidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
