ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our healthcare team at ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Schedule: 5 nights on 10 nights off. Weekend/ Call Requirements: Rotating coverage once a month Current team consists of 7 providers Support staff consists of 8 MD’s, 28 APP’s, 1 lead APP, and a Practice Director Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients 18+ years of age, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing medication to patients 18+ years of age Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and medical assessments while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Play a key role in educating patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
