What You'll Champion:

Hiring to maintain adequate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer responsibilities. 7-on / 7-off rotation (Thursday-Wednesday) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.), including coverage of any holidays that fall within the scheduled rotation. Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, assistance with code responses, medication management, and clinical support across all inpatient units (excluding the ICU). Join a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment, averaging 300 patients per day, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. Required qualifications: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in acute or inpatient care.
