What you can expect at your practice:

Hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours to support work-life balanceShared call rotation with the provider team:One weeknight of call per week Every sixth weekendOpportunity to support high-quality patient care at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation CenterJoining an established, collaborative practice consisting of:Two physiciansThree Nurse Practitioners Ideal for Nurse Practitioners seeking a rewarding role in long-term care, rehabilitation medicine, and complex adult careProvide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered services for adult and geriatric populations
