Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work-life balanceShared call rotation with provider team: One weekday night per weekEvery sixth weekendPractice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202-bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short-term rehab & long-term care)Join an established, collaborative care team: 2 Physicians3 Nurse PractitionersProvide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility settingIdeal role for NPs interested in long-term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicineDeliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populationsAPP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care
