Seeking Advanced Practice Provider for outpatient Family Medicine practice Perform complete history and physical exams for 20-22 pediatric, adult, and older adult patients per dayOpportunity to adopt small patient panel with room to grow Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, arthritis, anxiety, depression etc.
