Minimum Education:

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required orBachelors Degree Physician Assistant RequiredMasters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

1 year Required

Licenses:

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required orLicensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required andBasic Life Support Upon Hire Required orAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role.
