Short Description

JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICED PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant – Cardiothoracic Surgery
 
The Advanced Practice Provider - APP (Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant) responsibilities would include endoscopic vein harvest and first assisting in the OR. 

This position includes an on-call requirement for the OR on nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Experience Required

Experience with endoscopic radial artery harvest is preferred.

Education Requirements

Master's in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

License/Certification Requirements

New Jersey license for Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
*For Nurse practitioners, must be acute care certified; PA NCCPA

Special Requirements

Schedule - Days/Hours: Full time; Day Shift.
