Position Summary
As an APP Recruiter you will identify recruitment needs and collaborate with your hiring managers. Sourcing candidates is considered top priority by utilizing all resources. Lastly, you will ensure we are following legal and regulatory requirements related to our recruitment and hiring practices. This role requires strong communication, presenting and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.Responsibilities
Identifying Recruitment Needs: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop clear/concise recruitment plans. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize ALL channels like job boards, social media and professional networks etc. to find qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, or virtual) and assess candidates’ qualifications and experienceNegotiating Offers: Present job offers, and guide candidates through the offer and acceptance process. Managing Recruitment Data: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensuring compliance and adherence to Federal, State and other Regulatory bodies such as OIG, Stark Laws, HPSA and MUHA qualifications, EEOC, Department of Labor/Immigration, Affirmative Action, etc.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/ OR 2+ years of APP recruitment experience/OR equivalent experience. 5 years of work Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and LinkedIn RecruiterExperience in interpreting Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to keep hiring leaders on task with the process.Our Values

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $82,077.00 - $118,102.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
