**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
+ Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
+ Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
+ Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
+ Development and management of Scope of Work (SOW) and HSE&F Management of Change (MOC).
+ Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Supplier Acceptance Tests (SAT), as well as overseeing equipment commissioning.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
+ Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in SAP, Team Center, Corrective Actions Tracking Systems.
+ CAD/CAM knowledge (NX, Catia, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
+ Experience in tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance.
+ Familiarity with manual or CNC machining.
+ Nadcap Special Process background in chemical processes (cleaning, coating, paints, etching), welding, composites, heat treat or others.
+ ISO/AS background as internal or lead auditor.
+ Quality Management Systems.
+ IPC, Soldering, Crimping,
+ Electromechanical and Heat Exchangers experience.
+ Proven experience in new product introduction and development.Commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
+ Ability to interpret technical documents such as drawings, specifications, technical bulletins, and industry standards.
+ Experience with root cause corrective action.
+ Advanced skills in MS Office, along with programming knowledge and familiarity with Power BI or similar applications.
+ Able to travel abroad and within Mexico.

+ Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or Black Belt certification preferred.
+ A master’s degree in a technical field is preferred (Chemistry, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Materials or related).
