A day in the Life:Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systemsProvide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanicsParticipate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniquesKeys to Success:Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.58–$38.37.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
