A day in the Life:

Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systemsProvide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanicsParticipate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

2-6 years in a mechanical roleExperience in a manufacturing plant environmentSelf-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systemsExcellent communication skillsAbility to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Able to lift 50 lbs, perform walking, bending, and climbing, and work in various temperatures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.58–$38.37.
