The role is primarily based in Brisbane Australia with delivery location in Papua New Guinea (PNG). This is client facing on site role which involves supporting and maintaining Honeywell systems. Typically this is a fly in/out job to remote client location in PNG in a roster arrangement with 12 hours workdays. After hours on-call may be involved at times, with successful applicant will require being on a rotating roster In this role you will work and large range of Honeywell technology and products including Experion, C300, Safety Manager, Uniformance, EBR, Trellix, Enabled Services, Cyber Insights and others. + Responsibilities will include technical delivery, troubleshooting of Control Systems, preventative and remedial maintenance, including: + Provide DCS support to operations + Incident Management (Response and support), standby support + Preventative Maintenance based on PM Tool and condition-based maintenance, deliver reports on time. + Participate in Process Control System Risk Assessments + Asset inventory management + Experion DCS & Safety Manager Troubleshooting + Manage and maintain applications EBR, AV, DVM, Domain controller + Manage and maintain advanced applications like Uniformance and Alarm Manager + Manage and maintain infrastructure including VMWare, switches + Maintain, install and service Industrial control equipment including C300 controllers, IO, power supplies and batteries, Safety Manager IO cards + System Vulnerability Analysis & Remediation + Install MS patches, firmware updates + Brownfield projects support + Perform document updates & red line markups + Implementation of Control Systems projects, typically using Honeywell Experion controller and supervisory systems, and/or third party PLC controllers. + Customer reporting and meeting planned service requirements. + Degree qualifications Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics engineering + Valid unrestricted Australian driver’s license – mandatory. + Preferably 10 years of experience in delivering SCADA, DCSs, and Safety Systems along with advanced software applications e.g. plant historians + Experience with setting up and maintaining Networks + In depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation & control equipment. + Experion CEAT level L3 certified mandatory or L4 preferred + Safety Manager CEAT level L3 certified mandatory or L4 preferred. TUV certification Mandatory + Experion OPM L3 certification is preferred + Good knowledge of VMWare, Install/Configure and management certification is preferred, or must have attended trainingGood knowledge of networking with Cisco switches/firewall/routers, CCNA certification is preferred or must have attended training. + Good knowledge of Honeywell PLCs HC900 and Control Edge + Good knowledge of One Wireless + Good knowledge of Operational Technology **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
