To strengthen our service team in Bratislava, Slovakia, we are looking for a dedicated **„Advanced Field Service Engineer (m/w/d/)“** to drive the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. As a local Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will be a high-level expert responsible for supporting system migrations and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Your duties will include changing system hardware parts, install control system software, and applying updates and patches. You will travel 60% of the time, both offshore and onshore, including international projects. Additionally, you will provide remote or on-call support, maintain a high level of knowledge of Honeywell’s HPS systems hardware and software platforms, and assist other LSS engineers with troubleshooting. **Responsibilities** + Provide technical presentations to customers, industry peers, and competitors. + Drive revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides for field installation specialists. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development processes. + Lead cross-functional groups to resolve administrative difficulties related to equipment delivery and installation. + Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Technical education in the field of electrical/automation engineering/computer engineering or a comparable qualification + Experience in the field of control, network and process control technology or process engineering + Strong customer and service orientation combined with good communication skills + High degree of integrity, ability to work in a team, ability to learn, initiative and self-organization + Willingness to travel, especially during the induction phase + Valid driving license + Very good Slovakian language skills, good English language skills are advantageous **We offer:** + Salary: Monthly gross salary from 3200€, with the final salary offer depending on your experience and requirements. + A thorough induction in a successful and innovative company + A flexible and modern working environment as well as individual development and training opportunities + A versatile area of responsibility with varied activities + A lot of freedom in a well-coordinated, collegial and motivated team. _We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
