**Advanced Electrical Engineer-HPM**
As an Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will be a key member of our hardware sustaining team, focusing on the life-cycle management of patient monitor systems. You will ensure the continued performance, quality, and compliance of released products through design optimization, issue resolution, and change implementation. Your work will help maintain product reliability and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead sustaining engineering activities for patient monitor systems, ensuring product stability and performance throughout the life cycle.
+ Define and implement design changes to address component obsolescence, quality improvement, cost reduction, or regulatory updates.
+ Review and maintain DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) for released products.
+ Manage product risk assessments, including DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and SRA (Safety Risk Assessment).
+ Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain) to ensure effective product change implementation.
+ Ensure verification and validation of design changes according to medical device design control processes.
+ Provide technical input to project planning and report progress in a structured and methodical manner.
+ Maintain documentation in accordance with design control and quality system requirements.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, biomedical engineering or other electrical-related majors.
+ 4+ years of strong electrical technical experience; experience in medical device development preferred.
+ Hands-on ability to independently manage complex electrical and system design activities
+ Hands-on experience in EMC design and debugging.
+ Experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and SRA (Safety Risk Assessment).
+ Experience with the following standards is preferred, but not least: ISO 14971, IEC 60601-1 and related standard.
+ Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to work with global teams.
+ Self-directed, creative, and continual improvement focused.
