Key Responsibilities + Design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect our digital infrastructure and sensitive data + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to develop and execute our cybersecurity strategy + Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities + Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents + Stay uptodate with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our security posture YOU MUST HAVE + 5+ years of experience in a cyber security leadership position + In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices + Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence WE VALUE + Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable + Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
