**Job Title:** **Temporary Project Coordinator** **Education, Skills and Knowledge** + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience + Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Word are required, as well as experience saving and updating pdf files. + Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are required along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills + Must be able to take feedback, revise, and resubmit work if necessary + Must exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet project needs + Deep experience with the OSCAR scoring system strongly preferred **Overall Functions and Responsibilities** This position has two major responsibilities: 1. On a daily basis, review the Alert Report in OSCAR for any projects that have incoming responses. Following training guidelines, review and confirm/reject all alert responses, preferably within 24 hours of being flagged. 2. Work with Content teams, performing administrative and quality assurance tasks, assisting where needed to ensure successful project completion. **Organizational Relationships** + Reports to: Team Manager, Scoring Content and Quality **Working Conditions** Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday, though if weekend work is regularly required these hours are flexible. During Temporary Peak season, you must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.
