**Description:** In this role, You will supports program management and live training operations, client-facing program delivery, and day-to-day project coordination. This role aligns with industry titles such as Program Coordinator, Program Delivery Coordinator or Program management associate.
**The Role**
Pearson is seeking a client-focused Advanced Associate, Portfolio Management candidate for its Enterprise Content and Training business. The Advanced Associate, Portfolio Management role supports program management and live training operations, client-facing program delivery, and day-to-day project coordination. This role works with Portfolio Manager Specialists and global team members, clients, and vendors to scope, document and deliver enterprise learning programs, including live virtual sessions and client-specific learning initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Participate in client-facing meetings, track actions, and coordinate related deliverables.
+ Collaborate with internal and client teams to define and refine custom learning solutions and champion learning outcomes.
+ Work with cross-functional, global Pearson team including sales, product, instructional design, production, and delivery to document client goals and help execute scalable learning solutions.
+ Contribute to presentations and documentation for internal and client-facing consumption.
+ Gain a deep understanding of Pearson’s enterprise content and training portfolio and align it to client solutions.
+ Plan, coordinate, and support live virtual training sessions before, during, and after each session.
+ Manage complex schedules and calendaring with instructors, clients, and vendors.
+ Maintain project trackers and documentation.
+ Onboard live training instructors and vendors.
+ Establish and communicate deadlines and material requirements and keep multiple projects on track.
**About You:**
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years’ experience in training delivery, project coordination, vendor management, or similar roles.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
+ Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
+ Experience with managing complex calendars, logistics, and workflows.
+ Ability to independently manage discrete components of ongoing portfolio projects.
+ Experience in enterprise training environments, such as administering meetings or training using virtual event platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, or ON24).
+ Experience coordinating with external clients, vendors, or instructors preferred.
+ Occasional early/late hours for global schedules.
**Desired Skills**
+ Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Smartsheet, Jira).
+ Experience with M365 apps including Copilot, PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ Familiarity with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
+ Demonstrated time management, communication, and creative thinking skills.
+ Experience in technical content areas such as AI, engineering, or IT certification programs is a plus.
+ A client-focused, go-to-market mindset with demonstrated qualities including learning to learn, adaptability, problem solving, strategic thinking, collaboration, and analytical skills.
