Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in event planning, conference coordination, or related marketing/event roles. * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, education, or related field preferred. * Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating successful virtual in person events. * Outstanding organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new technologies quickly. * Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in fast paced environments. oriented in fast paced environments. * Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. solving skills and attention to detail. * Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to bring forward new ideas. * Ability to travel occasionally for on site event support. **Compensation:** Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
