Advanced Associate, Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making and measure the impact of AI-driven solutions.
+ Create, update, validate, and deploy AI prompts and agents using no-code platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Assist in capturing and refining requirements for AI product initiatives, working with Product Managers, Service Owners, and Delivery Managers.
+ Participate in program ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement) to support product management practices.
+ Collaborate in a cross-functional, innovative team environment.
**Key Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
+ Two to four years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to product development, AI, or data analysis.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in the context of AI products.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and a willingness to learn and grow in Agile methodologies.
+ Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
**AI Skills:**
+ Experience with no-code AI platforms or tools (e.g., prompt creation, agent configuration, deployment).
+ Understanding of AI concepts such as prompt engineering, agent workflows, and business validation of AI outputs.
+ Ability to implement and validate no-code AI solutions from a functional/business perspective.
+ Familiarity with data analysis techniques to assess AI performance and impact.
+ Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI in business contexts.
**Additional Skills (Preferred):**
+ Experience in data analysis and reporting for technology products.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Interest in shaping the future of AI products and improving the education experience for students and teachers.
