Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Manufacturing team as a Graduate Production Engineer.

To Support the development the CyP Manufacturing facilities and productivity requirements. To develop and optimise the manufacturing processes of the CyP plant utilising a Continuous Improvement strategy through BPS (Bosch Production Systems). Continually driving and supporting a Quality culture throughout the manufacturing environment and ensuring that all new products and processes are introduced, on time, in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications

Qualified engineer (HND or above)

Knowledgeable in problem solving methodology e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys.Knowledgeable of Lean manufacturing techniques e.g. Pull system, Just-in-time, waste eliminationEngineering knowledge on manufacturing/ assembly processes such as joining techniques, stamping process, copper pipe production, machining etc.Project management skills - Microsoft Project knowledge is preferred.Innovation, openness to new ideasResult oriented working style and ability to solve problems.Driven and works autonomously.Team working attitude.Excellent communication, influencing and coaching (mentoring) skills.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak and 07:00 – 12:00 Friday
