Live Training Operations Manager - India

Position Overview

We are looking for a Live Training Operations Manager who will oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of live training programs in India and APAC. This position is responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring compliance with partner agreements, providing accurate reports, and managing schedules efficiently. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational abilities, relevant experience in training operations, and a strong capacity for working collaboratively with global teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Partner Coordination

· Ensure that all live training events comply with both internal standards and external partner guidelines.

· Oversee documentation for compliance and ensure audit preparedness within partner initiatives.

· Work alongside partner teams to maintain alignment with delivery expectations and contractual agreements.

Schedule & Resource Management

· Manage and enhance calendars for instructor-led and virtual trainings.

· Organize instructor schedules, prepare venues, and set up online platforms as required.

· Strategically allocate resources to meet needs efficiently while controlling operational expenses.

Reporting & Data Management

· Record and evaluate metrics from sessions, such as participation rates, engagement levels, and attendee feedback.

· Produce insightful reports geared toward leadership and partners.

· Keep dashboards updated with adherence to schedules and key operational performance indicators.

Operational Excellence

· Administer all logistics associated with live training to guarantee seamless execution.

· Provide immediate assistance during training sessions to resolve technical or operational concerns.

· Advance operations by implementing process improvements and using feedback and automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to synchronize training operations with organizational objectives.

· Serve as a communication bridge among content creators, presenters, and operational staff.

Qualifications

· Four to six years’ background in training operations, program management, or scheduling.

· Solid grasp of instructor-led and virtual training formats, plus compliance requirements.

· Skilled in using tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and various LMS platforms for scheduling and reporting.

· Strong communicator with excellent abilities in stakeholder management.

· Capable of managing numerous tasks effectively in a dynamic working environment.

Preferred Skills

· Practical experience handling partner programs and conducting compliance audits.

· Comfortable with virtual training tools (such as Zoom, Teams) as well as LMS systems.

· Understanding of enterprise-level skill development strategies and certification processes.
