Job Summary RWJBH is seeking a Per diem Advanced Practice Provider for the Neurosurgery department at the New Brunswick campus Essential Functions + This role includes rounding, evaluation and providing care plans as developed with attending neurosurgeons + There is also invasive bedside procedure as a part of this role + Must be comfortable working to the full extent of licensure, Education + Advanced Practice Nurses must be certified in Family due the pediatric population seen on this service + Physician Assistants must be a graduate from an accredited PA program Experience + Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of inpatient or acute patient care experience in neurosurgery with a desire for acute inpatient work + NP candidates must be FNP certified with acute care experience due to the pediatric population on the service Licenses and Certifications + Current NJ APN PA license required + NCCPA certification required + CDS required + DEA required + RN required + RNFA certification optional + BLS required + ACLS required RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
