ADS Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an ADS Manager for one of our clients in Plano TX or Charlotte NC. The role is 3 days onsite. The ADS manager will be responsible for Authorized Data Source (ADS) and Authorized Data Sets (ADSet) end-to-end, ADS and ADSet governance, and implementing/monitoring/reporting technology controls to mitigate data risks. Responsibilities: -Supporting DQCE and Process Owner for documenting, maintaining, and monitoring Data Domain related processes for ADS and ADSet, and for assessing and documenting all applicable data risks and mitigating controls owned by technology with appropriate ownership in the Enterprise Process Inventory System of Record as per the Process Management Enterprise Policy guidelines . -Collaborating with Process Owner, DSME, DSE, DDM and DQCE for identifying, documenting, and maintaining ADS, ADSet technology controls to mitigate data risks within the processes aligned to Transport . -Supporting Process Owner, DSME, DSE, DDM and DQCE to assess technology owned controls for mitigating all applicable data risks for ADS, ADSet, and for addressing any gaps in the ADS, ADSet controls . -Collaborating with the Process Owner on the FLUs/CFs Transport related processes to ensure completeness of data risks and controls alignment with appropriate ownership in Enterprise Process Inventory System of Record . -Reporting the control performance metrics for ADS, ADSet data risk mitigating controls owned within a process in Enterprise Process Inventory System of Record and remediate control metric threshold breaches . -Assessing and remediating gaps in technology controls for mitigating data quality risks in ADS and ADSet, working with DQCE to ensure controls are in place to mitigate data quality risks -Identifying data flows for ADS, ADSet and providing inputs to DDM and DQCE for identifying and registering all data assets feeding data into the Data Domain in the Enterprise Metadata System of Record, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the registered assets, asset roles -Identifying data flows for ADS, ADSet and providing inputs to DDM and DQCE for documenting and maintaining asset flows between assets for all registered assets within a Data Domain in the Enterprise Metadata System of Record, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the asset flows -Identifying assets performing material data transformation in the asset flows in collaboration with DQCE, DDM and AM for documenting Data Domain asset flows in the Enterprise Metadata System of Record -Extracting technical metadata for data elements authorized to be provisioned from ADS, ADSet and providing it to DQCE and DDM for documenting and maintaining a Domain Data Catalog for ADS, ADSet of a Data Domain in the Enterprise Metadata System of Record, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the Domain Data Catalog (T-300). -Identifying, documenting, and maintaining inventory of transformations occurring in ADS, ADSet in the Enterprise Metadata System of Record as part of Domain Data Catalog in collaboration with DDM and DQCE, and ensuring completeness, and accuracy of transformations inventory -Identifying, escalating, documenting root cause, assessing impact, and creating action plans, and remediating data quality incidents within data Transport in the Enterprise Data Incident Management System of Record -Supporting DQCE for reviewing, assessing impact to Transport Standard adherence artifacts, and decisioning on PTO requests with changes to Data Domains ADS, ADSet assets -Updating adherence artifacts impacted by the PTO requests in the enterprise tools in collaboration with DQCE and DDM. -Ensuring ADS, and ADSet adherence to Transport Standard, including the implementation and ongoing monitoring of all technology controls for mitigating data risks associated with an ADS, and ADSet -Executing adherence plan and operating routines to monitor and demonstrate continuous adherence to the Transport Standard requirements aligned to the ADSM role (VI.
