In this role, you'll be part of the team that makes high-impact decisions about where and when ads appear in Prime Video content. Using your judgment and internal SOPs, you'll help determine the perfect moments for ad breaks across various content types, from award-winning Amazon Originals like "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" and "The Boys" to exclusive Studio's content.

Key job responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is - under general supervision - to perform tasks related to Cue-Point insertion and quality controls. In this role you will:
• Make high-impact decisions about ad placement across Prime Video's vast content library, following Standard Operational Procedures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content delivery
• Contribute to machine learning improvements through quality testing and validation
• Drive innovation, identify and implement process improvements that scale our operations
• On-time escalate anomalies that may prevent titles from going live.
• Identify and flag any area of improvement in SOPs, processes or tools.
• Use of software and/or tools for fix up and capture data on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper inputs of data to help drive operational excellence.
• Resolve issues with minimal or reduced guidance.
• Participate in small-scale projects to help reach program goals.
• Apply strong analytical and logical skills.
• Pay attention to detail while processing each title assigned.
A day in the life
• Process the assigned daily titles by adhering to internal SOPs
• Ensure proper inputs of data to help drive operational excellence.
• Participate in team calibration sessions
• Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities in SOPs, processes or tools.
• Communicate emerging tool issues for prompt resolution
• Engage in escalations and RCAs
• Participate in engagement team activities
• Apply strong analytical and logical skills.
• Provide training support to new joinees
• Active communication with internal peers

Prime Video Ads holds operations with ~60+ HCs in India, Costa Rica and Japan. We excel in delivering high quality processes, which are carried out in a pleasant, healthy and dynamic work environment, ideal for learning, growing and developing new skills. We work directly with Prime Video Ads Program Managers/Business Partners supporting Cue-Point product operations, content moderation, content quality auditing, new business initiatives and marketplace expansions, always with our customer in mind.
