Job details We're hiring a Temporary InDesign QA Associate to support a local client by reviewing and cleaning up existing Adobe InDesign files. This is not a creative design role - it's a behind-the-scenes quality assurance position focused on accuracy, layout consistency, and alignment with customer specifications.

Pay: $18 - $19 for 1-4 years' experience | $20 for 5+ years' experience

Monday - Friday | 8:00A - 5:00P | Flexible schedule whether you work Full Time or Part Time

Responsibilities:
Review InDesign files for formatting, layout, and brand consistency

Ensure alignment with customer specs and internal standards

Identify and correct basic errors; flag discrepancies for the design team

Cross-check files against job instructions and previous projects

Maintain documentation of audits and updates

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Familiarity with quality control, proofreading, or prepress processes

Understanding of print production or agency workflow

Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

Ability to manage time and tasks independently

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience using Adobe InDesign

High attention to detail, accuracy and organization

Basic editing and navigation within InDesign (non-design role)

Ability to follow directions and review materials for accuracy
