Your new role

As part of the CS&M team, you will:

Lead strategic content authoring and publishing within our advanced CMS platform (AEM) to power impactful omnichannel digital programs. Bridge business needs with technical solutions by gathering and validating digital content requirements, ensuring seamless execution. Drive the enhancement of digital content management capabilities, identifying and resolving technology or process gaps. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to align content strategy with key business initiatives. Actively participate in the full lifecycle of new feature development for content systems, from design to defect triage. Develop clear user stories and provide expert guidance, training, and documentation to empower content teams. Influence the future direction of digital content management, leveraging your expertise to champion innovative solutions and Agile principles.

 

Your new department

The Adobe Experience Manager Content Author role is part of the Clinical Safety & Medical (CS&M) organisation based in Mexico City. Our team is responsible for running all clinical development activities, from initial planning of clinical trials to authority submissions. We investigate patient reactions to new drugs, compare them to existing products, and execute pre-specified trials in human subjects.

Our department provides resources, processes, and competencies in Biostatistics, Programming, Clinical Reporting, Data Management, Epidemiology/Real World Evidence, and Clinical Pharmacology to all development projects. We foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where knowledge sharing, process optimisation, and competency development are at the forefront. Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

 

Must-Have Skills 5+ years of robust experience in authoring and publishing content using leading digital Content Management Systems (CMS). Proven strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the broader Adobe suite of products. Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective front-end troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in writing comprehensive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria specifically for AEM environments. Solid experience working within an Agile methodology, coupled with strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Prior experience with other CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Tridion, or familiarity with additional Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign). Previous experience as a product owner managing a feature backlog, or background in the pharmaceutical industry.
